Lexi Whilby is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive, bringing a strong background in sales, client relations, and strategic growth. Born to Jamaican immigrants in Wilmington, Delaware, and shaped by international experiences, she carries a deep appreciation for global perspectives and cultural connection.
Outside of her professional career, Lexi is passionate about supporting and uplifting the Caribbean community. She actively contributes her time and leadership to initiatives that promote cultural pride, economic empowerment, and community engagement.
Lexi is honored to serve in a volunteer capacity on the board, where she is committed to making a meaningful impact through service and collaboration.

Olivene “Judy” Malcolm- Board Member
Tony Wittock- Board Member
Tony Wittock is a Jamaican-born cybersecurity expert and new member of the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of the Northeast (CACCNE) Board. As Director and CTO of Cyber Security Consulting Ops, a firm he founded in 2017, he brings a strong background from Comcast and Cisco, helping organizations prevent cyber threats through proactive training and risk management.
Passionate about protecting businesses in an increasingly digital world, Tony combines his professional expertise with a personal understanding of cybersecurity risks. He continues to grow his impact through strategic partnerships, networking, and innovation, while contributing his knowledge and leadership to strengthen the Caribbean business community.
Judy Malcolm is a proud Jamaican native, cultural entrepreneur, and passionate community advocate. As the visionary founder of the Jamaican Heritage and Reggae Museum in Wilmington, Delaware, Judy has dedicated her life to preserving and promoting the rich traditions, music, and legacy of Jamaica for future generations.
Her work bridges culture and commerce, using heritage as a powerful tool for economic empowerment and cross-cultural exchange. Through storytelling, events, and community engagement, Judy uplifts the voices of Caribbean people and inspires pride in Caribbean identity.
As a board member of CACCNE, she brings a wealth of experience in cultural preservation, community development, and creative entrepreneurship, helping to shape programs that empower Caribbean-American businesses and amplify the Caribbean's global impact.
